Processing time

Every KAIKE order is made by hand in small batches. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping rates

Free USPS shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship via USPS at the rate shown at checkout 

Where we ship 

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS. We don't ship internationally at this time. 

Tracking your order

After checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation with a link to your order status page. Once your order ships, you can track it there in real time. 

Lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within two days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@kaike.co with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always do our best to make it right.
